摘要	<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of realizing a security function whose security releasing function can not be easily analyzed by a third person without preparing a specific device on the external. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with an address storage circuit 16 for storing the address of a semiconductor storage element to which rewriting is requested and an operation limit circuit 20 for limiting a part or all of operation concerned with the operation of storage element. A part or all of operation concerned with the operation of the storage element is limited until the operation limitation of the circuit 20 is released by using the address stored in the storage circuit 16.</p>
