PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of contributing to the improving of productivity and the improving of manufacturing yield. SOLUTION: This display device has data bus lines 18 formed on a substrate, gate bus lines 20 intersecting the data bus lines 18 and measurement patterns 24 which consists of the electrically conductive film identical to that for the gate bus line and exist along directions intersecting the gate bus lines 20.
