PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording disk having magnetic anisotropy and high reliability and to provide a practical manufacturing method and system of the information recording disk. SOLUTION: A texture 17 having a shape for giving the magnetic anisotropy to a magnetic film 12 for a recording layer is formed on the surface of a substrate 11 made of glass. The texture 17 consists of plural grooves circular and coaxial with the substrate 11 and having a tooth-shaped cross section. A substrate covering film 13 consisting of nickel phosphorus is formed by sputtering so as to cover the texture 17. An underground layer 14, the magnetic film 12, a protective film 15 and a lubricating film 16 are successively laminated on the substrate covering film 13. Since the substrate 11 is made of glass, deformation is hardly generated at the time of high rotation. And since the texture 17 is formed by scraping the glass, the texture 17 uniform compared with the case that metal is scraped can be obtained.
