PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for budget management, an electronic money recording medium, a budget management server, and a recording medium with a budget management program recorded which efficiently use and manage a budget in an organization like an enterprise. SOLUTION: At least one budget account management storage means 422 and a server computer 420 are provided, and the means 422 corresponds to one of plural groups constituting the organization, and electronic money representing money in terms of electronic data is stored in the means 422, and the server computer 420 issues electronic money and stores it in the means 422 and moves a part or the whole of electronic money stored in the means 422 and moves electronic money to the means 422. |
