PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the deviation of the detection timing and to obtain an image provided with excellent printing quality being free from the image slippage among respective color toner, by restraining the deformation of an intermediate transfer belt, and preventing displacement (flap) during traveling of the intermediate transfer belt. SOLUTION: In this color image forming device, a sensor 40 for detecting a position of a detection opening 39 on the intermediate transfer belt 17 is provided. This sensor 40 detects positions in timing when areas A1, A2, A3 and A4 being in contact with supporting rollers 19a, 19b and 19c, and the driving roller 20, are not placed in the detecting position. |
