摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new improved system which can solve problems in real time and handle customer's trouble and an article sent back under warranty. SOLUTION: A system 100 which evaluates customer's trouble is disclosed. This system 100 includes a service station 106 with a digital camera for obtaining an image of the customer's trouble, an inspector unit which receives the image from the service station 106 so as to determine how the customer's trouble is repaired, and a communication network which connects the service station 106 to an inspector station 102 so as to transmit customer's trouble information including the image between the service station and inspector station 102. Here, the customer's trouble is inspected and answered to in real time. Consequently, the degree of customer's satisfaction is improved and the cost for handling the customer's trouble is reduced.
