<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed production controller capable of obtaining high failure resistance as a whole, and executing flexible production control, and making the number of controllable production processes infinite. SOLUTION: This distributed production controller arranged in each production process so as to be autonomously operated is provided with a physical circulation route selecting means 5 for applying an evaluation value to the following production process, and for selecting the following production process to which a product to be produced should be transferred, a product finish estimated time calculating means 6 for calculating the product finish estimated time of a product to be produced for the following production process in order to apply the evaluation value to the following production process, a work selecting means 2 for applying the evaluation value to the work, and for selecting a work in the production process, and a work start estimated time calculating means 3 for calculating the work start estimated time of the work in the production process in order to apply the evaluation value of the work.</p> |
