PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reserve a vacant parking lot which is closest to a specific store. SOLUTION: A communication connection is established in step S51, a parking reservation condition and a store ID are inputted in step S52, and the store ID is retrieved in step S53, when it is decided in step S54 that the store ID is registered, the parking lot closest to the store is retrieved in step S55 and the parking lot reservation condition and store ID are sent in step S56. When it is decided in step S58 that a parking lot cannot be reserved and it is decided in step S59 that there is another parking lot nearby the store, the process is put back to step S56. When the parking lot can be reserved, a parking reservation DB is updated in step S60 and the reservation result is sent in step S61. If the store ID is not registered or if there is no other parking lot, a message showing that no parking lot can be reserved is sent in step S62. In step S63, the communication connection is cut off.
