<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a slot for a cell having a high quality required degree and also to make a cell having a low quality required degree possible to transmit by effectively utilizing a band. SOLUTION: A system for allocating a slot with a TDMA frame in each different quality class and performing transmission is provide with a transmission cell buffer memory 11 for temporarily storing a cell for transmission in each different quality class, a scheduler means 3 for allocating a slot for a frame to each receiving station with prescribed logic on the basis of prescribed quality information in accordance with the quality information and a transmission cell read controlling means 14 for designating the quality class of the transmission cell buffer memory in accordance with a transmission instruction from the scheduler means, selecting a buffer when a cell exists, and selecting the buffer of the next quality class to perform reading when the cell does not exist.</p> |
