PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-resolution A/D conversion device at a low cost. SOLUTION: A one-chip micro computer 20 is provided with an A/D converter 2 of 8-bit resolution and a 8-channel multiplexer 10. During a sampling period Ts, the multiplexer 10 and the A/D converter 2 switch inputs of 8 channels to operate A/D conversion as multi-mode which is provided to the microcomputer 20. A CPU 19 of the microcomputer 20 adds, eight times, 8-bit digital data from the A/D converter 2 for deduction as 11-bit digital data at the sampling period Ts.
