HIGH FREQUENCY CONVERTER STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem of a necessity of an advanced processing technique to heretofore manufacture an outer conductor and a dielectric of a line converter. SOLUTION: A coaxial line 3 has an outer conductor 1 constituted of a hollow cylindrical conductor having a rectangular sectional shape and an inner conductor 2 disposed in the outer conductor. A microstrip line 9 has a strip conductor pattern 7 formed on a front surface of a dielectric board 6 and a ground conductor 8 formed on a backside of the board 6. The outer conductor has an end 5 for changing a height of its upper surface or bottom. The inner conductor has an end 4 changed in a width of the part opposed to the end 5 so that the end 5 is connected to the conductor 8 by a metal carrier 10, and the end is connected to the pattern 7 by a metal ribbon 11. Thus, a high frequency signal can be transmitted without disordering a waveform of the signal with excellent power resistance and a simple manufacture can be provided.
