PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a halide such as hydrogen chloride, hydrogen bromide or the like that is an analytic inhibitor in a high concentration in the analysis of chlorophenol or chlorobenzene that is the precursor of dioxin. SOLUTION: Prior to the analysis of chlorophenol or chlorobenzene, a measuring gas is cooled to concentrate the steam, and HCl, HBr or the like is dissolved in the concentrated water and removed. Accordingly, HCl, HBr or the like can be removed in 0.1 ppm or less, and trace amounts of chlorobenzene and chlorophenol can be analyzed with high signal intensity.
