PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor apparatus having a measurement accuracy improved by calibrating the apparatus simply with a good reproducibility. SOLUTION: In this optical sensor apparatus, a power source part, light sources 21a and 21b for applying a light to a body 1 to be measured, reflecting means 24a and 24b arranged between the light sources 21a, 21b and the body 1 respectively, an optical system 30 to which a reflecting light from the body 1 enters and which has an optical sensor means 38, and calibrating means 25 and 75 for calibrating the optical system 30 are included in a box body. Lights from the light sources 21a and 21b are let to enter the body 1 at least from two directions. The calibrating means automatically move to a calibration position where the light is reflected before reaching the body 1 and can enter the optical system 30 at a calibration time.
