PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe base excellent in executable property of work and handleable property and also capable of coping with the deformation of the pipe. SOLUTION: A water string insertion groove 16 is provided on the lowermost part of a pipe support part 14 provided on an upper surface of a pipe base body part 12. In a dimension of the pipe base body part 12, a thickness from a bottom surface to the lowermost portion of the pipe support part is within a range of 20-30 mm, an open angle of circular part of the pipe support part is within a range of 110-130 deg. and a pipe axial length of the pipe base body part is within a range of 60-80 mm. An appropriate resiliency is obtained by forming it out of a tire chip and a synthetic resin as a material. Thereby, a damage of the pipe can be prevented.
