PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component of an air conditioner having high safety, which consists of a foamed resin molding that can reconcile lightening of weight and strength performance. SOLUTION: The component is constituted with the foamed resin molding having an inner constitution wherein air bubbles 6, 6,..., which are produced by forming bubbles with the atmospheric gas and whose diameters are substantially uniformly very small, are substantially evenly distributed in a resin layer 5. Lightening of weight can be ensured with such a constitution having the bubbles 6, 6,... therein. In addition, since the bubbles 6, 6,... have substantially uniformly very small diameters and are substantially evenly distributed in the resin layers 4, 5, the strength is seldom lowered in spite of the presence of the bubbles 6, 6,..., whereby high strength is achieved. As a result, lightening of weight can be compatible with the strength performance in the component of the air conditioner consisting of the foamed resin molding.
