PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing an organization group by using a hybrid optical disk having an initial recording part and an additional recording part, and a recording medium for them. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with the hybrid optical disk which has the unwritable initial recording area where common information of one organization group is previously recorded and the additionally recordable additional recording area where personal information, individual identification information, and individual temporal information are recorded by an individual or organization and is distributed to the members of the organization group respectively and the managing device that the respective pieces of information of the optical disk are transmitted in order to manage the organization group; and this managing device provides necessary information for the members according to the respective pieces of the transmitted information. In the initial recording area, a procedure needed to previously convert a computer to the attributes of the optical disk owner and make it usable is recorded as a program and the optical disk is applied to the computer, so that the computer can be used as a computer having the properties of the optical disk owner. |
