摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can select an optimum approach means for each customer in optimum timing and make a media-mixed approach effectively and efficiently by carrying out the extraction of target customers from a customer database, the selection of a sales promotion subject, the determination of an approach means, and implementation through a consistent system (flow) when sales promotion approaches are made by segmented customer layers. SOLUTION: The sales promotion support system is equipped with a target customer selecting means which selects an object customer layer of sales promotion by referring to and analyzing purchase history data or customer data with recorded approachable means by customers, an approach method selecting means which determines optimum approach methods by customers under given restriction conditions by referring to an approach means comparison table wherein the customer master data and evaluated values of various approach means by the restriction conditions are arranged for the target customers, and a target promoting means which performs actual sales promotion processing according to the obtained result.
