摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging coating having high anticlouding performance and also having satisfactory strength, a wear resistance and high antireflection effect. SOLUTION: A hydrophilic resin film 12 is formed on the surface of a substrate 11 of each of optical parts such as a filter and a mirror by dipping or another method using a solution prepared by dispersing metal oxide particles in a hydrophilic resin such as a polyacrylic acid. Since the metal oxide particles are contained, the hydrophilic resin film 12 has enhanced hardness and wear resistance, and since the refractive index of the film 12 is variable, reflection can be inhibited by adopting a multilayer film structure.
