<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize radio frequency band, to improve a statistically multiplexing effect and also to suppress increases of a signal processing scale and a device scale. SOLUTION: A data terminal 3 and a terminal contained in a line network 21 for the Internet perform communication in a communication channel subjected to time division multiplex via a mobile exchange 24 and also open the communication channel in the non-communication mode where data transfer is finished. The PRV-IWF device 24a of the exchange 24 discriminates an IP address and a FIN+ACK in a TCP/IP packet from one terminal side and detects the end of the data transfer. An IP address and an ACK in a TCP/IP packet from the other terminal side are discriminated, and the other terminal side detects the end of the data transfer. The exchange 24 performs control that the communication channel corresponding to a mobile machine number whose IP address is converted at the time of finishing the data transfer from which the two detection results are obtained.</p> |
