<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor capable of confirming operation history of software even without connecting a measuring instrument with peripheral equipment to be developed, its method and a computer readable memory. SOLUTION: Generation of prescribed events in relation to a control operation is detected and the detected generation of the events is time sequentially stored. And the stored time sequential events are stored as the operation history of an operation program.</p> |
