<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the change of the temperature of an object to be processed in a real time in a place away from a processor. SOLUTION: A recording device 5 is connected through a communicating means 10 to an operation controller 3, and a data request signal is periodically transmitted from the recording device 5 to the operation controller 3, and the operation controller 3 which receives the data request signal returns the operating state of a processor or the temperature of an object to be processed or the like as collection data to the recording device 5. At the time of detecting that the processor starts the processing process according to the collection data from the operation controller 3, the recording device 5 records the time as a processing start time, and records a temperature measured by a temperature measuring device 4 in fixed intervals after the processing is started, and at the time of detecting that the processor ends the processing process according to the collection data form the operation controller 3, records the time as a processing end time, and ends the recording of the temperature.</p> |
