PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card dispensary device of new structure capable of dispensing a card reliably. SOLUTION: In the card dispensary device 1, a device main body 2 is provided with a card hosing part 15 for piling and housing cards 13 and a card carrying-out device 20 for carrying out the cards 13 to the take-out port 17 of the main body 2 from the lower opening 16 of the part 15. The device 20 has an endless transmission member 21 and plural rolling rings 22... to which the member 21 is fitted. The member 21 is provided with an engaging member 25 to be engaged with the card 13 at the lowest part of the part 15 to carry out the card 13 at the lowest part to the port 17 of the main body 2.
