PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and to perform a work to lock a telegraph source wire at a low cost and easily. SOLUTION: One side edge of a cover 4 to protect a valve 2 for connecting refrigerant piping situated at the side of a casing 1 and a terminal 3 for telegraph source wire connection is integrally formed at the casing 1 through a thin hinge part 17. The cover 4 is closed centering around the hinge part 17, and only by engaging a protrusion part 8, situated on the other side edge of the cover 4, with a lock hole 7a of a lock piece 7 protruding from the other side edge of the casing 1, the valve 2 and the terminal 3 can be protected by covering the valve and the terminal by the cover 4. By pressing a telegraph source wire 10 against the side of the casing 1 by a press part 18 situated on the back of the cover 4, the telegraph source wire 10 can be locked.
