PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give emergency information even in an area outside of a communication circle where the radio base station of portable telephone does not exist in the neighborhood. SOLUTION: Pieces of on vehicle emergency informing equipment can communicate with each other by storing and repeating. When an emergency information communication means 1 cannot communicate with a radio base station, a repeating request signal for requesting repeating of emergency information is issued to another vehicle. The second emergency informing device which has received the repeating request signal stores information on the emergency information and transmits the information when communication with the radio base station becomes possible. Thus, even when a vehicle to perform emergency informing is at a place where communication with the radio base station is impossible, it is almost surely possible to give information to an emergency informing center by storing and repeating the information by another vehicle, etc.
