Multipurpose field electric boiler (1) is intended for heating water to 100 C and its use for sanitary needs, heating of apartments, greenhouse, etc. It uses water under pressure from 0 to 7 bars. It can be used in the completly technically adapted space (feed water of suitable pressure, apropriate rooms, etc.) as well as in the conditions of technically disarranged space, and can use water from cisterns, so that the boiler is filled with water manually, etc. The installed power of the boiler is 6 to 10kW, and the contents of the boiler is 100-200 litres. Boiler (1) is consisting of two four-doors cupboard (2.3) placed one above the other and connected by bolts with nut (52) in one whole. In the lower cupboard (2), a lower exchanger (4) of heat has been placed, as well as the flow pump (36). In the lower cupboard (3), a holding bar (30) is installed and there, a higher heat exchanger (5) is adjusted. In the front door of the upper cupboard (3) a command box (200) is installed with a plug box (21). In the heat exchanger (4.5), heaters (24.25) have been installed and thermostate sonds (26.27) that have been connected by means of electric cables (69.70) with the plug box (21) and through it further with the command box (20). The filling of boiler (1) with water is performed by means of a valve (8) and distributor (6). Flow connect between exchange (4) and pump (36) is established by pipeline (53) and further by pipeline (37), crank (38), reducter (40), crank (41) and supply pipe (42). The flow connection is established with the upper heat exchange (5) by means of a flow adjuster (43), crank (44), plug (45), overflow pipeline (46), plug (62), crank (35), and pipe plug (33), the heat exchangers (4.5) are connected. The flow of hot water to the spender is performed by means of a drain pipe (18) and valve (19). The boiler can work in continual and discontinual operating regime. |
