PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method of easily and quickly pouring, filing the hydraulic fluid and/or discharging the air contained in relation to a hydraulic closed circuit. SOLUTION: An auxiliary oil tank 68 can be connected/disconnected to/from a driving hydraulic cylinder mechanism 24 forming a hydraulic closed circuit, and an operation hydraulic cylinder mechanism 26 forming the hydraulic closed circuit in cooperation with the driving hydraulic cylinder mechanism 24 is provided with venting means 88. The hydraulic fluid is sucked from the auxiliary oil tank 68 by utilizing the driving hydraulic cylinder mechanism 24, and the sucked hydraulic fluid is pressure-fed from the driving hydraulic cylinder mechanism 24 to the operating hydraulic cylinder mechanism 26, and the residual air in the operating hydraulic cylinder mechanism 26 is discharged from the venting means 88 so as to forcibly pour and fill the hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic closed circuit.
