<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a right fare from a passenger without suspecting a passenger who has taken a train rightly as an illegal passenger by installing an automatic ticket examination machine between different railroad lines. SOLUTION: The first sensor 1 is provided near the entrance of the automatic ticket examination machine and the second sensor is provided near the exit of it. In a period from starting of sensing by the first sensor to starting of sensing by the second sensor, plural ticket pieces inputted by a single passenger, such as a ticket and train ticket or a season ticket and a train ticket by considering that the same passenger has inputted the ticket pieces. Next, whether the riding sections are continuous or not is judged and when they are, getting on is permitted and getting on the train is recorded so as to get off the train with a ticket piece to be utilized later. When they are not continuous, neither getting on nor getting off is permitted and when the ticket pieces are inputted to an adjusting machine, an adjusted ticket is issued.</p> |
