SOLUTION: An address/text specification receiving part 202 in an E-mail transmitter 201 receives the specification of the address and text of an E-mail inputted by a user, a date specification receiving part 203 receives the specification of a date inputted by the user as a date after a current date and an E-mail transmission part 204 transmits the E-mail having the contents of the text whose specification is received and the date transmission date information whose specification is received to the address whose specification is received.
