The specific flows (14, 15, and 16) are connected to the specific heat exchange blocks (23a-23e) and are introduced into or taken out of the heat exchange path of the specific heat exchange blocks (23a-23e) via a collector or a distributor (41) that is connected to the specific heat exchange blocks (23a-23e) and communicate with each total region of both the end faces.
