SOLUTION: At the time of performing communication once, whether or not a protocol corresponding to the terminal of the communicating party is fixed to 64K communication, or whether or not the switching of the 64K communication and 32K communication is possible is captured, and the information is stored so as to be made correspond to the telephone number of the communicating party, and at the time of performing transmission following the storage of the information, the setting of a radio communication channel is operated according to the protocol corresponding to the terminal of the communicating party.
