PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a two-dimensional radiation detector having high precision, capable of removing sufficiently scattered lines not only in the channel direction but also in the slice direction, and being worked easily. SOLUTION: A channel direction collimator plate 3, a main support plate 1 and a support plate 2 are assembled by using a special purpose assembly jig, and a mounting plate 7 is fixed on the support plate 2, to thereby manufacture a channel direction collimator part. Slice direction collimator plates 6, a thin plate support plate 8, a support plate 4 and a support plate 5 are assembled into a module by using a special purpose assembly jig, and all modules are mounted after being aligned with the channel direction collimator part by an attaching screw 11, to thereby manufacture a collimator part. A board 29 on which a scintillator 30 and a PDA 31 are loaded is aligned accurately with the collimator part by an attaching screw 10 and fixed.
