PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure removal of air from a closed piping system for a heating medium liquid circuit, which includes floor embedded piping, and improve the degree of freedom of design in respect of the structure and position of an air removing means. SOLUTION: A floor thermal radiation type air conditioner for a building comprises floor embedded piping 10 of a closed piping system, and a heating medium liquid circuit provided with a circulating pump 21 for circulating heating medium liquid in the piping. The circuit comprises a closed tank 40 for catching air generated in the piping, a first small diameter pipe S3 whose end is connected to the lower part of the tank, and a second small diameter pipe R3 whose end is connected to the upper part of the tank. The circulating pump is inserted into the circuit at the upstream side of the floor embedded piping, and the base end of the first small diameter pipe is connected to the piping of the circuit, where the suction pressure of the circulating pump works. The base end of the second small diameter piping is connected to the piping of the circuit at the downstream side of the floor embedded piping.
