PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communications equipment and a method which enable transmitting and receiving in various data forms with a transport means, in cooperation with a satellite. SOLUTION: Communication signals and multimedia signals of various forms can be transmitted to an aircraft (30) by using a GSO satellite constellation (10) and an NGSO constellation (20). A video signal is demodulated with a demodulator (46) and route selection to TV monitors (72, 74) and a short-term video storage part (78) is performed with a router (64). A low-gain narrow band transmitter/receiver (100) receives data, and enables control of voice, computer and control communications of the aircraft (30) at all times during aviation.
