PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for distributing contents data, such as music information data, using data broadcasting which makes it possible to buy the contents data at low cost and without any time restriction and use (for example, listen to) without fail the contents data before they are bought. SOLUTION: This contents data distributing method which distributes the contents data to a consumer distributes the contents data by using the data broadcasting so as to store the contents data in a special receiver 11 for data broadcasting that the consumer has. Further, when the contents data are distributed, a deciphering key for deciphering the ciphered content data is distributed to the consumer at a purchase request from the consumer. |
