PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing support system capable of easily providing required information and improving the convenience for a user by directly interacting with an information disclosing person when an answer can not answer with registered disclosed information. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a registering means for registering the disclosed information, an information retrieving means for retrieving the disclosed information registered by this registering means in response to the request of the user, an information presenting means for presenting the disclosed information retrieved by this retrieving mean, and a means for providing the information by the direct interaction through a communication line set between an information provider, who has provided the disclosed information, and an information requesting person who has requested the presentation of that disclosed information, as needed when presenting the disclosed information by this information presenting means. When presenting the disclosed information by the information presenting means, a symbol showing the agent of the information provider is displayed and when providing the information by the direct interaction through the communication line, the video of the information provider himself/herself is displayed in the same area on the picture displaying the symbol showing the agent. |
