PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity retrieval site or a home page for performing complete commodity retrieval. SOLUTION: The retrieval site is mainly limited to a target search to a desired commodity. The search engine is provided by the hardware or software of web base for performing the direct retrieval of a desired 'commodity' while using a keyword. Further, a commodity home page on a world wide web(WWW) or web and the existent retail outlet for selling a commodity are displayed on the retrieved result. A user is instructed to input information like a commodity category. On the basis of the response, the user inputs a question type for retrieval such as brand, commodity name, color or size. The user can input a keyword concerning the commodity as well, retrieval is performed from the database of commodity information and a commodity corresponding to a retrieval expression is displayed. |
