PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that customer's evaluation is difficult because the effect of a direct mail based on an electronic(E) mail is not proportional to practical user's interest even when the effect is evaluated by the number of times of opening the mail. SOLUTION: At the time of generating an E mail, a terminal 116 of a mail advertisement site 112 pads a command for requesting an answer of time for reading the E mail by a user terminal 102. The user terminal 102 receiving the E mail starts clocking operation at the time of starting the reading of the E mail (S18) and ends the clocking operation at the end of reading (S20) to generate an E mail for an answer by a format including the reading time (S22). When the E mail is sent to the terminal 116 of the site 112, a charge faithful to the degree of notice to the E mail is applied (S28). |
