PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purchase an article at commercial facilities at a distance by using radio telephone such as portable telephone. SOLUTION: A card company 43 issues the portable telephone 1 with a card function to the commercial facilities 45 (1). The commercial facilities 45 customize the design and function of the portable telephone 1 to use for themselves. When a user 41 applies the card use to the commercial facilities 45, portable telephone 1 is rendered to the user 421. The user 42 having received the portable telephone 1 accesses a server 47 by the portable telephone 1. Then data on article for sale at the commercial facilities 45 are displayed on the display part 15 of the portable telephone 1. Desired articles can be specified for buying (2). Then, quantity data on the articles that the user 41 bought of the article stored on the server 47 are decreased by the number of articles bought.
