PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable surgical gown capable of letting heat inside the outerwear thoroughly go out of the gown. SOLUTION: This disposable surgical gown 1 comprises a body 2 having a front body 4 and first and second back bodies 5A and 5B, and both of sleeves 3A and 3B set on the upper end part of the body 2; wherein the first back body 5A and the second back body 5B respectively have opening parts 6A and 6B each having a given area at the upper portions of those back bodies 5A and 5B, and on a region deviated toward the side of the front body 4.
