PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin surface light source element with a wide light emission region and a production method for this surface light source element. SOLUTION: This surface light source element is equipped with a light source 2, with a reflector 10, with a light guide body 3 into which light from the light source 2 reflected by the reflector 10 are made to enter through an end face 1, and with an emitting light control sheet which is installed at an emitting surface of the light guide body 3, wherein plural convex parts 7 that make the light from the emitting surface directed to a front side direction of the emitting surface are installed at a face opposing to the light guide body 3. Tip end parts of the convex parts of the emitting light control sheet and the light guide body 3 are adhered by a laminated film consisting of an adhesive 9 and an adhesive 8. |
