PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide parts and an optical module which can be easily manufactured without waste and which can suppress reflected return light or deterioration in optical coupling. SOLUTION: In the optical waveguide part 11 formed like a rhombic with the end faces 13 inclined from the direction of the optical axis of an optical waveguide 12, the optical waveguide 12 is curved in such a manner that when an optical device 21 having the optical axis perpendicular to one end face 13 is to be disposed in the side of the face 13, an incident angle on the end face 13 is formed on the end face 13 without interference between the waveguide and the optical device 21.
