PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast wall panel having sufficient strength and rapidly formable without taking time to fill concrete while ensuring the sufficient overlap length of cotter reinforcements. SOLUTION: A nearly horizontal extra-slow inclined face 6 is provided from a tip edge part 1a of a side wall surface 1 inward from a steep inclined wall surface 3, and a vertical face 7 parallel with the side wall surface 1 is provided on the front side of the extra-slow inclined face 6. An expanded inclined face 8 inclined expanding toward the steep inclined wall surface 3 is further provided on the front side of the vertical face 7 to provide a recessed part 9 expanding toward the side wall surface 1, thus forming a cotter 5. The cotter reinforcement 10 is driven into the vertical face 7 of the cotter 5.
