PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bundle of foundation base forms allowing a plurality of foundation base forms to be simply bundled in a short time and generating no refuse when extracting one of bundled foundation base forms for use. SOLUTION: This foundation base form is provided with a base forming section 2 having a nearly circular arc-shaped cross section, an upper fixed flange 3 formed at the upper end of the base forming section 2, a lower fixed flange 4 formed at the lower end of the base forming section 2, and a plurality of hollow ribs 2a formed in the peripheral direction of the base forming section 2. Hollow coupling sections 2b are formed on the ribs 2a to be coupled with each other when a plurality of foundation base forms 1 are stacked with the ribs 2a coupled with each other.
