PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define a procedure to a procedure prescription document produced for end users so that an information processor can easily, quickly and strictly interpret and execute the procedure. SOLUTION: An entire list is designated as a condition decision list and the item definition, i.e., pairs of item names and data are shown at a condition designation part of the list. Thus, the 'list branch procedure definition data' are generated to define branches of the procedure by the condition definition list.
