PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bundle processor capable of reducing operating burden on an operator and improving processing efficiency. SOLUTION: This paper sheet processor 1 has an unsealing and bundle- fetching machine 2 which accepts package obtained by integrating prescribed number of the bundles of prescribed number of paper sheets and packaging them and unseals the package to fetch the bundles in it, a detail inspection machine 7 which releases bundling of the fetched bundles to inspect the paper sheets one by one and bundles the inspected paper sheets to make bundles again, and an inspecting and packaging machine 3 which inspects the state of the bundles after detailed inspection and gathers prescribed number of them to package them with package material. The package fed via the machine 2 is ejected in the form of the package via the machine 3.
