PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data receiver, communications equipment and a data receiving method capable of ensuring continuity of data transmitted in a burst in such a system as performing one-to-multiple or multiple-to-multiple communication. SOLUTION: A data start/end deciding part 20 decides the start of the data A1 transmitted in the burst to output a data start signal S1 and also decides the end of the data A1 to output a data end signal S2. When a buffer control part 24 receive the signal S1, the part 24 starts a timer 23, also writes the data A1 in a buffer 22 and reads data B1 from the buffer 22 after the holding time measurement completion of the timer 23. When the part 24 receives the signal S2, the part 24 initializes writing and reading control in/from the buffer 22 and the measurement operation of the timer 23. |
