PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a photovoltaic power generator without sacrifice of insolation. SOLUTION: A both-sided light receiving solar cell or a both-sided light receiving solar cell module is arranged such that the light receiving face thereof is perpendicularly to the installing face of a photovoltaic power generator and directed in the east-west direction.
