PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general system, by which a user can receive services on the Internet without limiting a specified individual center or specified contents server. SOLUTION: In this Internet common platform system, a common center is installed on the Internet, at least one individual center and at least one contents server are connected through the common center on the Internet and as an interface between at least one individual center and the common center and as an interface between at least one contents server and the common center, a common interface determined by the common center is used.
