PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer method capable of receiving data from a transmitting side with the internal clock signal of a receiving side by synchronizing the clock of the transmitting side with the internal clock signal of the receiving side, and its circuit. SOLUTION: The data receiving side 12 fetches the data transmitted from the data transmitting side 11 at the timing of the data receiving side 12 in such a manner that the receiving side 12 transmits a frame signal S1 synchronized with an internal clock and a clock signal S2 to the transmitting side 11.
