PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the unit keep the cooling capacity successively even if one of fan stops. SOLUTION: Two cooling fan units are constituted by stacking fans 1A and 1B, a cooling fin 2, a duct 3, and a filter 4 in this order, and also a partition plate 5 as a damper is mounted in the section of the duct 3. If the stop of either of the fans 1A and 1B is detected, the latch of retaining the partition plate 5 is released, and the partition plate 5 rotates by its own weight. When the partition plate 5 rotates by its own weight; the partition between the side of the fan 1A and the side of the fan 1B of the duct part 3B is opened, also a passage passing the filter 4 is closed, a reflux path is made between the fan 1A and the fan 1B, and the cooling fan 2 on the side of the stopped fan is cooled successively.
